i have tried absolutely everything to get the thief to attack me at 7pm server time, 300 cash in my pocket, completely unarmed etc. But nothing happens, i have 5 silver bars in my inventory etc. I got the silver bars which completed a quest, and it told me to be unarmed on wednesday if that makes any sense. please help me as i have been stuck on this quest for what seems to be an internity
